Kool Aid

Sat Mar 3, 2007, 6:23 PM
Random wanderings on the internet (at 2:18 am) have lead me onto the wiki article about Kool Aid.
The Kool Aid man looks really scary.
"The product is used among some circles of US teens as a hair dye, to get a different color for the parts of the hair near the ends."
That sounds like fun though.
I looked it up on Wiki How
...
Leave it in for 12 hours if you have dark hair, or 6 hours if you have blonde hair."
* Be patient! Some people think that this could damage your hair, but you are letting conditioner sit in your hair for 8 hours (average). Also make sure you use 2 packs of Kool-Aid, or it will not work.

...

Warnings

* Make sure you use unsweetened Kool-Aid. Anything else and your hair will be a mess.
* This may possibly damage your hair.

That sounds pretty arduous, but, supposing you did it on a day when you weren't doing anything...
Hahaha.
I'm not even sure what Kool Aid is XD
Is it just a kind of powdered drink that comes in little packets and requires the liquid to be added like Tang &c?

Kool Aid is like a powder that comes in little packets, to be mixed with a quart or so of water... Or something, I haven't made it in years. I could send you some packets, they're probably around 39 cents each at my store. :)

the Kool Aid may cost a few cents, but sending it to England probably won't
it still sounds a bit ominous to me
'Kool Aid'

and the Kool Aid Logo guy looks like he's out to get me
that Kool Aid smile won't fool me
*shifty eyes*

I think it comes in grape, strawberry, fruit punch... Your basic gross flavo[u]rs.

It's not as good as Tang. I used to eat Tang powder like it was some kind of miracle drug. ;)
